Originally a care worker in the UK, Alick has a great understanding of the disability and voluntary sectors. His daily management responsibilities include strategy, project management, overseeing budgets, HR and sales.
Alistair became the Founding Managing Director of the Triad Group Plc in 1988 and the CEO responsible for the growth of the business from start-up to a London Stock Market listing in March 1996. During this period Triad was one of a select few companies to win The Holway Boring Award in recognition of unbroken profits growth. The business has a turnover of approximately £50 million generated mainly in the UK. Alistair is also an active member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, the 100th City Livery Company.
Lisa is an occupational therapist who specialises in working with adults who have learning disabilities in the community, and is trained in Sensory Integration, she’s currently working in a community mental health team. She is experienced in working with adults who have communication difficulties, young people with complex needs and older adults with dementia.
Elizabeth has a background in the private sector as a tax accountant. When she moved to the voluntary sector she specialised in monitoring and evaluation systems for several charities. Her experience includes five years working as the Kings Fund’s senior grants officer, assessing and working with grant applicants and grant holders.
Phil has 30+ years of agile development experience using multi disciplinary environments for e-commerce sites and the NHS.
Equality and Diversity specialist
Dipen has developed systems to address issues of equality and human rights, which follow good practice and that have mechanisms for response, monitoring, evaluation and review. I have produced Equality Schemes, strategies, policies Charters and project initiation documents (PIDS) regarding Equality and Diversity for numerous organisation. I was recently the lead for Equalities for London (NHS) and the Equality & Diversity specialist within NHS North Central London. Dipen’s extensive experience, training background and networks ensured that the NHS and other strategic stakeholders received the best advice and training available on equality, diversity and human rights.

Richard Celm oversees our business, interfaces with the LMU and ensures we have access to training, support and reputable specialist suppliers as required. He also supplies external consultants such as lawyers and patent attorney’s, through the Accelerator’s preferred suppliers.
